Founder of CAR upholstery, Chuck Rowland is a renowned interior designer. He has over 20 years of professional design and custom upholstery experience.  Chuck Rowland's creativity has been commended in numerous magazines.  He brings a broad knowledge of interior design as well as construction means and methods.  His experience ranges from modest makeovers to big-scale ISCA projects.  Chuck's work has been featured in several national publications and television programs.
